Where do we want to be?
This section sets out a bold vision for the East of England to 2031, together with a series of ambitious targets to achieve the vision in a sustainable way. A comprehensive programme of research was undertaken to establish the targets and ensure they are consistent with each other and with the regional spatial strategy.
